HAGI, also known as the Indonesian Association of Geophysicists, is a non-profit professional organization consisting of Indonesian geophysicists with diverse professional and industrial backgrounds. The organization hosts a biennial conference, referred to as the Annual Scientific Meeting, which rotates through different regions. The goal of this meeting, known as the PIT (Pertemuan Ilmiah Tahunan), is to provide a platform for earth scientists from various sectors, including industries, government, academia, and non-profit organizations, to discuss the latest advancements in geophysical and earth sciences research and technologies.
